Uncensored means the models do not refuse. It does not mean there are no rules: this is the short, complete list.
Four things are off the table. Everything else is between you and your conscience.
Using Venym# link
By opening an account or calling the API you agree to these terms. You are responsible for what you do with the output and for keeping your account number and API keys secret. Anyone holding them can spend your balance.
Acceptable use# link
The models do not refuse. That is the product. You still may not use Venym for:
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form
- Sexual content depicting real, identifiable people without their consent
- Malware, or attacks on systems and networks you do not own or have permission to test
- Anything illegal where you live
Everything else is between you and your conscience: dark fiction, blunt advice, edgy roleplay, security research on your own systems, arguments you do not agree with.
Enforcement# link
We can suspend or close an account that breaks the rules above, with or without notice. We do not read your prompts, so we find out from abuse reports, payment disputes and patterns in the usage receipts. Unused credit on an account closed for abuse is not refunded.
Billing# link
Usage is charged per token, per search and per scrape at the prices on the pricing page at the time of the request. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices can change; a change applies to requests made after it. Unused credit does not expire.
Availability# link
We run the service in good faith and publish its state on the status page. There is no uptime guarantee. Model output can be wrong, offensive, or both. Do not rely on it for medical, legal or financial decisions.
Liability# link
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the credit in your account.
Changes# link
We will post changes on the changelog before they take effect when we can.
