Venym consulting · private AI systems

Less busywork. More business.

Give us the work your team keeps repeating. We build a private AI system around it, inside your own boundary, test it on the real job, and hand over the source, the tests and the runbook.

01The cost of busywork

What is the busywork costing you?

Put in your own numbers: how many people do the job, for how long, and what an hour of their time costs. The line shows when a system pays for itself at our published starting prices.

02The engagement

Scope first. Build second.

Start with a paid technical scope. Move to a production build only when the architecture, the price, the risks and the expected return are clear.

5–10 business daysDefine one valuable workflow, the data it needs, the controls, the architecture, the price and the delivery plan.

What you receive

  • Workflow and data map
  • Model / infrastructure boundary
  • Control and approval design
  • Capacity and cost model
  • Deployment scope with milestones

Scope committedBuild, install, test and hand over the approved system in the agreed environment.

After deploymentKeep the system monitored, maintained and useful after it enters production.

The scoping fee is credited toward an approved build. The final price and delivery timing are agreed before the build begins.

03How it works

Intelligence is only part of the system.

The connections, decisions and controls around the model are what make it useful in production.

01Perceive

Connect the data the workflow needs.

APIs, documents, databases and live feeds are connected with explicit rules for access, retention and retrieval.

02Decide

Choose models around the actual constraints.

Privacy, latency, accuracy and cost decide the model. Policy checks, budgets and human approvals stay visible before anything acts.

06Questions

Straight answers. Before the first call.

What does the first step cost?

A paid technical scope, from $2.5K, takes 5–10 business days. You get the workflow and data map, the model and infrastructure boundary, the control design, a capacity and cost model, and a deployment scope with milestones. The fee is credited toward an approved build.

How much does a build cost?

From $15K. The final price and the delivery dates are agreed from the scope, before any build work starts.

Where does it run?

Where your data already lives: on your own hardware inside your network, in your own cloud account with your keys, or hybrid, with the sensitive steps kept local.

Who approves what it does?

You choose. A person approves each action, it acts alone inside limits you set, or it runs only a pre-approved playbook. Every action lands in an audit log.

What do we own at the end?

The source code, the tests, the controls and a runbook. Run it yourself, or we run it for you.

Do we need you after launch?

No. Operations and support, from $3K a month, covers monitoring and incident response, model and workflow updates, a monthly operating review and priority support. Or your team runs it from the runbook.

Which models do you use?

Whatever fits the job. Privacy, latency, accuracy and cost decide it, and sensitive work can stay on open-weight models inside your boundary. We test models before we trust them: QuantBench is our own benchmark.

What do you need from us to start?

The workflow, the data it touches and the result you need. Someone on your side who owns the result helps most.
